FUNdamentals of Rugby - 6-8 Rugby
In partnership with the Portland Rugby Football Club (PRFC), the Major League Rugby champions the New England Freejacks, and USA Rugby, we are excited to introduce the sport of Rugby to our community. This six-week youth instructional program will emphasize the mechanics and skills of the game in a safe, fun environment. Players will learn the basics of playing offense and defense, passing and receiving, teamwork, and sportsmanship -- all in a friendly flag-football-style setting. After five instructional sessions, there will be a capstone "festival" day, where players from the rugby hubs will gather for a day of competitive round-robin play, food and fun. This program will ladder-up to summer camps, a youth rugby league, and competitive rugby offered through Maine high schools. Don't miss this great chance to get involved early!

Falcon Girls Lacrosse & Field Hockey Camp - Field Hockey Break out your field hockey and lacrosse sticks for a week of fun and skill development with FHS coach Marcia Wood and her players. All levels of experience are welcome as we split each morning between the two sports. We will offer an introduction to either or both sports as needed, and hone the skills of those who are already young pros. Mouth guards and sneakers or cleats are required for both sports, as well as a stick. Field hockey requires shin guards and lacrosse requires an eye guard. If you do not have ANY of the equipment, let us know, and we'll make sure to get it for you! A snack (to be eaten outside the turf area), and water bottle are also required.
